Free delivery on orders over £50. This would be for standard delivery of Monday to Friday.

£4.95 will be charged on orders under £50.

All Deliveries to UK Mainland which includes England, Scotland and Wales.

Estimated Delivery Time

This is the approximate day that you should be receiving your order.  We always try our best to deliver promptly but occasionally delays are unavoidable and beyond our control.  The Estimated delivery date is based on working days only.

Order Before 12:00 pm – When ordering from available stock in our warehouse, if ordered before 12:00 pm Monday to Friday, delivery will be for the next day as standard postage. The standard postage is only for delivery during weekdays. This schedule does not apply to heavier furniture which requires our two men white gloves delivery.
Orders after 12:00 pm – We endeavour to deliver any orders from available stock after 12:00 pm for the next day too but because of the cut off time with our transport partners and packaging, we cannot guarantee, hence, orders after 12:00 pm will be for the 2nd working day delivery of the week.

Heavy Furniture Delivery

Furniture of over 30KG will be delivered with 2 Man-White-Glove delivery service to the room of your choice.  Please note that this service applies to deliveries in the UK Mainland only.  Refer to the “International Shipping Charges for Furniture and Large Items” for shipping charges outside of the UK.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please retain the original packaging required to return the goods.  Please refer to the ‘Return Policy’.

Delivery Failure

If our suppliers or manufacturer are unable to deliver the goods at the estimated delivery time, we will contact you by email or telephone to offer an alternative or refund in full.

International Delivery

We deliver worldwide all our products.  You will be able to purchase any products on our website and at the point of check-out, the delivery charge will be specified after you select your country and complete the address part. In case that your chosen country or final destination is not providing a shipping charge, please contact a member of our team at [email protected]  for more information who would be able to respond and provide you with an exact charge and estimated delivery time. Return Policy

We would like our customers to be 100% happy and satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy about yours or there is a factory defect or damage due to transport, you can return the item/s for either an exchange or full refund as follow:

  • Damaged item/s must be notified within 7 days and email to us at (with photo images of the damaged parts) to: [email protected]
  • Change of mind, no problem, items must be returned in the original packaging and the factory condition. Please advise us of return to: [email protected] within 14 days and we will arrange accordingly.
  • Made to order –  We believe in the quality of our products that we offer no quibble, no hassle 14 days return policy on all our made to order purchases.

Exchange Policy

There are no extra charges for the delivery of exchanges due to factory defect or transport damage. However, there would be a charge if you just changed your mind about the items and wish to exchange for a different colour, size or something else. The charge will depend upon the item and we will advise you prior to exchange.

The firm commenced business in 1785 under the title of Walton, Oates & Co.  It has a history that is full of interest with archives dating back to the days of employment of hand-loom weavers.
