International Delivery
- Depending on the size and weight of the items being sent, orders will be shipped either by airfreight or sea freight.
- Freight charges - Please select the destination country in the cart to determine the shipping charge that will apply.
- Most of our products are shipped via air freight with the exception of larger items such as furniture, artwork or lighting, which are sent via Sea Freight.
- Air Freight - All related Import and Sale taxes are included in the shipping charges. No additional charges to pay.
- Sea Freight - Local Import and Sale taxes will apply which are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you are familiar with your country's import rules and regulations. The freight costs depend on the value of the goods, their weight/volume and the country of delivery. The delivery timescale is as specified by the Estimated Delivery Date on your order. The latest estimated date applies if multiple items.
- EU member countries - Select your destination country in the cart to determine the shipping charges that will apply.
- Norway and Switzerland - Select your destination country in the cart to determine the shipping charges that will apply. Import taxes may apply - please check you country’s import rules and regulations for further information.
- Shipping in the USA - Please be aware that US customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address.
